Professional Experience
I worked in the Clinical Pathology Laboratory at the Wisconsin Primate Research Center before coming on board with the CLS Program. My duties included performing hematology, parasitology, and urinalysis testing on non-human primate specimens and coordinating sample submissions to reference labs for virology, chemistry and microbiology testing. I also served as the primate center's occupational health and safety officer.

Clinical Interests
I am very interested in fostering involvement in the CLS Profession beyond simply "doing the job". I feel it is important to stay connected and form valuable networks with laboratory professionals from different backgrounds and expertise. I like to emphasize a love of life-long learning and involvement in and awareness of legislation that affects the role of the laboratory.
